Daily Living Skills
We support participants to build independence through everyday activities, including:

Cooking – from learning simple recipes to preparing full meals, with a focus on healthy choices and safe kitchen practices.

Cleaning & Home Maintenance – developing routines for tidying, organising, and maintaining a safe home environment.

Gardening – planting, weeding, watering, and looking after outdoor spaces, encouraging both responsibility and enjoyment of nature.

Moving House Support – assistance with packing, organising, and setting up in a new home to make transitions smooth and stress-free.
Community Activities
We create opportunities for participants to get involved, have fun, and feel part of their community. Our events and social activities include:
