About Us
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
At Shepparton Adventure Group, we believe adventure builds confidence, connection, and independence. Founded by two experienced teachers, Chris and Jack, we specialise in inclusive, community-based outdoor programs designed for teens and adults living with disability.

Our programs combine fun, skill-building, and real-life experiences — because learning happens best when it’s hands-on and meaningful.

Our Story
Shepparton Adventure Group was founded on November 1, 2024, by teachers Chris Grant and Jack Threlfall, who are passionate about supporting individuals through the NDIS. Recognising a need for programs that truly engage young people living with disabilities, Chris and Jack created Shepparton Adventure Group to fill that gap. They are committed to providing a unique, activity-based program that combines outdoor adventures with social inclusivity and tailored support.

Shepparton Adventure Group offers a diverse range of activities in a socially inclusive environment tailored to young individuals living with disabilities. Our participants not only engage with peers but are also supported by like-minded support workers, who create a fun, high-energy atmosphere where everyone feels included and respected. Each support worker is trained to encourage friendship, fun, respect, and personal growth, making it easy for participants to connect and feel a sense of belonging.

We focus on outdoor and active experiences, including physical activities, sports, and trips to places like the MCG, as well as parks, rivers, and adventure trails. Every participant is encouraged to join in activities of all sizes, providing an environment where each individual’s interests are acknowledged and celebrated. With a focus on outdoor exploration, sports, and hands-on engagement, our program is designed to entertain, inspire, and foster a true sense of community among participants.
